OEG direct current brakes

DC FAMILY BRAKES ARE spring pressure safety brakes, that brakes when power is off. They are robust by design and designed to give exactly the desired performance: high operation frequency, fast intervention or on the opposite a smooth and slow brake. OEG manufactures also positive brakes (not for safety pourpose)that brakes is on.

The mobile anchor, sold with a fan, rotating with the crankshaft is attracted by magnetic field induced by coils against the electromagnet thus generating the brake momentum.
